Stainless steel is a versatile material made up of a steel alloy and a trace of chromium. The chromium boosts the material's corrosion resistance, which is how it got its name. Stainless Steel Pipes of various Grades include seamless and welded stainless steel pressure pipes, electric fusion welded (EFW) pipes for high-pressure applications, large-diameter welded pipes for corrosive or high-temperature applications, and seamless and welded ferritic and austenitic stainless steel pipes.

Electron beam welding is referred to as Electric Fusion Welding (EFW) steel pipe. It refers to how the pipes are made. In the EFW manufacturing process, welded pipes are created by hot or cold rolling plates and seam welding. To reach the highest degree of quality, such EFW pipes are developed in compliance with international quality standards.

SS Grade 304h EFW Pipes are a high-carbon 304h Alloy version developed for exceptional strength at high temperatures. All applications for Stainless Steel 304h EFW Pipes are in the temperature range of roughly 900o C, with high strength, phase stability, and scaling resistance, as well as resistance to subsequent aqueous corrosion.

304h EFW Pipes are put through a series of tests to determine their strength, durability, temperature, and pressure resistance, among other things. Pipes are composed of stainless steel 304h with titanium stabilization to avoid chromium carbide production.

Because they are non-responsive to inter-granular corrosion after heating in the carbide precipitation range of 425 C to 850 C, stainless steel ASTM A358 TP 304h EFW pipes are employed. Welded Pipes A358 GR. TP 304h EFW is well-known for its great quality and durability. These pipes are made of austenitic stainless steel. Titanium is also employed to help these pipes stay stable.

Welded pipes made of 304h EFW are likewise exceptionally creep-resistant. These EFW Welded Pipes are capable of resisting intergranular corrosion even after being exposed to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range.

304h EFW Pipes are austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel pipes that have been electric-fusion welded and are appropriate for corrosive or high-temperature usage, or both, as well as general applications. Oil and gas, petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, machine construction, and automobile sectors, among others, employ 304h Stainless Steel EFW Pipes.
