Hello! I actually had a really nice experience at the Southwest Airlines MIA Terminal this past weekend. I was flying alone and a bit stressed, but the Southwest employees made it all a breeze. Signage throughout the terminal was concise, and I easily located my gate. Charging stations were aplenty (hurrah!), and the seats were comfortable enough for a quick break before boarding. TSA was quicker than I anticipated, and all the people I dealt with were courteous and friendly. I even managed to get a good cup of coffee in the area. It's the little things that count, and this terminal certainly did not disappoint. I'll be flying Southwest out of Miami again for certain!
