This bridge is 41.58 km and lies above the Jiaozuo Bay water. It lies between the city of Qingdao in Eastern China and the Huangdao suburbs. Shandong Gaosu Group designed this bridge and completed it after four years. There were about 10,000 employers who worked together for this construction. The cost of this construction was 900 million.
2) Burj Khalifa :This is one of the tallest structures in the world at about 829.8 meters in height. This masterpiece is in Dubai. The Burj Khalifa was named after the honorable Dubai ruler and the president of UAE. High-speed Eurostar passenger trains and Eurotunnel Shuttle for road vehicles pass through it and is regarded as the largest transport system in the world. It was unveiled in the year 1994.
4) Golden Gate Bridge :This is regarded as one of the most beautiful bridges in the world. This suspension bridge is a 27 million dollar project that is over the golden gate strait and it links the cities Marin County and San Francisco. It was unveiled in 1964. 5) Hoover Dam :This is a concrete arch-gravity dam on the Colorado River. This dam was built in the honor of President Herbert Hoover. This project was completed after five years.
6) Panama Canal :This waterway connects the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean which is 48 mile in length. There are lots of artificial lakes and channels in the canal and two locks on both the sides. The Isthmus of Panama has the canal across it. It is very significant for global maritime trade.
