Happiness:-

It is not just a word it's a context of emotional and mental health.   Including all types of Feelings and Emotions.

It's not very difficult to understand what happiness is.

 

It is a Broad term. Many people depend on others for their happiness. But it's in our hands either we want to be happy or not. There is no one in the world who can make you happy it's you only who do this for yourself. Just try to love yourself first then others.

If u love yourself then others can also do the same. But if you are not able to love yourself and be happy, then no one can do this for you.

Here are some tips for How to be happy:-

1- Don't compare yourself to a hypothetical self.

2- Don't drown in a sea of ''what if's".

3- Don't clutter your mind, by imagining other's versions of you in parellel universe, where you made different decisions.

4- The internet age encourages choice and comparision but don't do it to yourself. 

5- "Comparision is the Theif of JOY"

said by Theodore Roosevelt. So don't compare and Kill your happiness.

6- Just remember you are you. The Past is the past. The only way to make a far better life is from inside of YOU.

7- To focus on regret do nothing but turn that very present into another thing you wish you did differently.

8- Accept your own reality.

9- Be human enough to make mistakes.

10- Be human enough, not to dread the future.

11- Be human enough, to be well enough.

12- Accepting where you are in life makes it so much easier to be happy

13- To be happy for people without feelings makes You terrible for yourself.
