1. Chanoud Palace

This is around a 300-year-old-fort-palace, placed an oasis amidst the golden sands of the famous Thar Desert. It was gifted to Thakur Anoop Singhji in the early 1700s when Chanoud and the surrounding villages were under the rule of Udaipur or Mewar. In 1943, the Godwar Jagirs were allotted to Jodhpur. Even it was considered as Jodhpur State First Class Jagir. At present time, it has been transformed into one of the best royal palaces in Rajasthan to stay with family and friends.

2. Umaid Bhawan Palace

This is an iconic structure constructed right in the heart of Jodhpur city. The grand Umaid Bhawan Palace museum is the major attraction where you can explore vehicles used by the maharaja, a vase collection, and lots more things used by kings. It is also converted into a heritage hotel today.  

3. Rambagh Palace

Originally built in the middle of a thick forest, Rambagh Palace is a perfect example of Rajput architecture. This was the only monument built into the hunting lodge of a king.

4. Lake Palace

Earlier known as Jag Niwas, Lake Palace was constructed in 3 years under the rule of Maharana Jagat Singh. It is built with white marble and surrounded by the beautiful lake – Pichola Lake.  

5. Monsoon Palace

Also known as the Sajjangarh palace, this palace is located on a hilltop and provides a breathtaking view of the lakes and the gardens. It is built using white marble to observe the monsoon clouds.
