The United Terminal LAX in Chicago has been an issue since the 1970s. It is said that when the United aircraft landed at O'Hare airport, the passengers would experience a severe lag on a city that is an international hub for air travel. This feature of Delta airlines gate handling system was launched in 1967 and was implemented by American Airlines in 1975. At present, there are 37 gates along with other features and services available across 36 terminals. The Terminal Lag at O'Hare airport was first reported by Crain's Chicago Business on March 13th 2008[1] and has received much attention from local media outlets.
