The experience of using nuclear renewable energy has become increasingly important. Nowadays, worldwide search for alternative energy sources takes place in order to meet the conditions for sustainable economic development, which is an important task. Embedding the technologies of using atomic alternative energy is a solution to the ever increasing demand for electricity. The implementation of this kind of transformation and generation of energy in many countries of the world, including South Korea and the UAE, is supported by different advantages that nuclear power is financially rational and environmentally safe to use; indeed, it does not require transportation and does not emit harmful gases during chemical reactions. These factors determine the key role of nuclear renewable energy in the modern global energy production structure, the shortcomings of which, such as nuclear emissions and the threat of an accident, must be taken into account. One of the most experienced world’s leaders in the use of atomic energy today is South Korea, which began the construction of the corresponding power plants back in the 80s of the 20th century. In comparison with the UAE, this country has much more experience in transformation and application of atomic energy, which significantly distinguishes the country from the UAE. Expert assessments indicate that the average overnight nuclear energy using costs are of approximately $1237/kW for electrical generation in a South Korea. Nevertheless, recently, the country has adopted a policy of reducing nuclear power production, which is confirmed by the data on the reduction in the share of electricity produced at nuclear power plants in the total energy volume by 14.87% from 2010 to 2015. In contrast to South Korea, the UAE is only going to implement the practice of using the potential of nuclear energy in order to provide sufficient electricity for sustainable development of the state, having formed a preliminary budget of the project of $20 billion. An important aspect for both countries, using nuclear renewable energy as a resource base, is the issue of nuclear waste utilization, using traditional methods, such as combustion, compaction, reuse, etc.
