How long time Etihad will take to refund?

The refunds initiated from the official Etihad airlines agent take between 14 to 30 working days, depending on your eligibility criteria. Passengers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their flight reservation with Etihad airlines on the same day of booking, and hence they won't be charged any extra cost of cancellation.

Refund procedure of Etihad Airways

Browse the official Etihad Airways website.

Go to the Manage tab from the top panel and click on the view or change booking option from the drop-down menu.

Enter your booking reference code or the ticket number along with the passenger's last name, then click on the find my booking button below.

Your flight itinerary will appear, so as a next step, you need to cancel your booking if you haven't canceled the flight yet.

If you have canceled your flight reservation, you need to click on the refund button.

A refund form will appear on the screen, so fill it out with all the necessary details and then submit it.

At last, you will get the confirmation for the same on your associated mailing address, and the Etihad Airways agent will initiate the refund. You can also get a refund from Etihad Airways by contacting the customer service agent or visiting the airport counter of Etihad Airways if the manual process is not working out properly.
