Now that we have a full month of games behind us, let's take a look at the data and how QBs are stacking up against position players in fantasy football. In standard leagues, 17 of the top 18 players in total points scored are quarterbacks, with Derrick Henry representing Marcell Ozuna Jersey the runningbacks at No. 10. In PPR leagues, 12 of the top 18 players are quarterbacks, with Derrick Henry and Austin Ekeler joined by four wide receivers inside the top 18. So, again, the quarterbacks reign supreme at the top. And let's face it, you're not deciding between Tyreek Hill and Tom Brady at a superflex spot, so where this really matters is closer toward the bottom, where almost allquarterbacks generally still perform position players. So, as always, our Week 5 fantasy two-QB/superflex rankings will feature QBs early and often. (We also have standard flex rankings for those who haven't taken the two-QB plunge.)If you need more convincing at the middle part of rankings, Carson Wentz is outscoring Corey Davis, Mac Jones is outscoring Tyler Boyd, and Ben Roethlisberger is outscoring Clyde Edward-Helaire.
